My Journey from GL Communities to Leading Digital Inclusion in Matson

Hello everyone! My name is Craig Mayo, and I am excited to share my journey with you. From joining GL Communities to becoming a lead in delivering digital inclusion in Matson, my path has been filled with learning, growth, and impactful experiences. This post will take you through the key milestones of my journey, highlighting the role of data diversity and the Good Things Foundation in empowering our community with Data SIMs.

My journey began when I joined GL Communities, an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering local residents. From the very start, I was inspired by the organization's commitment to making a positive difference. I immersed myself in various community projects, learning the ropes and understanding the unique challenges faced by our community.

As I grew within GL Communities, I developed a keen interest in digital inclusion. I realized that access to digital resources and skills was crucial for individuals to thrive in today's world. This passion led me to take on more responsibilities, and I began working on initiatives aimed at bridging the digital divide.

With dedication and hard work, I eventually became a lead in delivering digital inclusion in Matson. This role allowed me to spearhead projects that provided residents with the tools and knowledge they needed to navigate the digital landscape. From organizing workshops to one-on-one support sessions, I was able to see firsthand the transformative power of digital inclusion.

Data diversity played a significant role in our efforts. By understanding the diverse needs and challenges of our community, we were able to tailor our initiatives to be more effective and inclusive.
