Those at home self isolating both staff and/or claimants may be worried about going out and being able to top up their meters and could be using more power than normal because they are home. If people can they should ask friends and family to help, but some may not be able to.
A range of extra support and measures will be in place to help workers, benefit claimants and businesses affected by coronavirus.
What is the Coronavirus?
The Coronavirus is formally called “novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV)”, which is in the same family of infections as severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS).
